As a Job Captain at our firm, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of projects, working closely with the Project Manager, Associate, and/or Principal in charge. Your responsibilities will encompass various phases of project development, with a focus on coordinating project tasks, collaborating with consultants, and ensuring adherence to project requirements set by governing agencies. Your dedication to refining technical and management skills will be instrumental in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination: Collaborate with the Project Manager, Associate, or Principal to facilitate seamless project coordination across all stages, from initial design to construction completion.

2. Consultant Collaboration: Work closely with external consultants to integrate their expertise effectively into project design.

3. Research and Compliance: Conduct thorough research on project requirements, zoning regulations, and other relevant codes to ensure compliance with city and governing agencies' guidelines.

4. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in technical skills, including AutoCAD and other relevant software, to create accurate and detailed project documentation.

5. Construction Document Preparation: Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive construction document packages, ensuring all necessary details are included.

6. Client and Consultant Interaction: Act as a point of contact for clients and consultants, facilitating effective communication and resolving project-related queries.

7. Quality Control: Ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables, adhering to the firm's standards and best practices.
