Landscape Architect

Dewberry is currently seeking a Landscape Architect to join our Charlotte, NC office to work on a variety of projects for public and private clients. • Prepare site construction documents for public and private projects, including parks and recreation, education, commercial/retail and single family.
• Prepare development plans to support Rezoning and/or Special Exception applications. Assist with conducting public meetings and workshops.
• Site/civil development including construction site plans, grading design, storm water management systems design, landscaping, erosion and sediment control design, and construction details using Civil 3D.
• Familarity with storm water design a plus but not required.
• May also conduct code research, write specifications, and coordinate permitting.
