Duties

• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to ensure pristine turf conditions.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for landscape maintenance, including pruning, planting, and weed control.
• Operate equipment such as excavators, snow plows, and irrigation systems to support various landscaping projects.
• Assist with hardscape installation and repair, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures.
• Conduct tree care activities like trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety.
• Support gardening efforts by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while ensuring proper soil preparation and watering.
• Maintain equipment through routine inspections and basic mechanical knowledge to ensure optimal performance.

Experience

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or construction is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles, landscape maintenance techniques, and the use of hand tools or power tools is advantageous.
• Familiarity with equipment such as excavators or snow plowing machinery is a plus.
