Key Responsibilities

* Project Planning and Management:

+ Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. + Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and specifications. + Procure necessary permits, equipment, and materials. * Team Supervision:

+ Lead and supervise landscape and irrigation crews, ensuring effective communication and productivity. + Provide on-site training and guidance to crew members as needed. + Monitor team performance and address any issues promptly. * Field Operations:

+ Oversee installation and maintenance of landscapes, hardscapes, irrigation systems, and related components. + Conduct site visits to ensure work quality and compliance with project plans and safety standards. + Identify and resolve on-site challenges efficiently. * Budget and Resource Management:

+ Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource use. + Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing. * Client Relations:
