General Duties

* Lead the efficient execution of irrigation and landscape installation projects regarding production and custom homes. Receive mark-up, and disseminate construction documents from the project manager or designer, prepare crews, confirm logistics, and supervise installation work. * Hand-off completed projects to the maintenance provider. Complete projects within company budget and to the Steadfast quality standard. * Interface with Office Team, Project Managers and crews daily to provide status updates for ongoing projects. * Utilize Steadfast’s standard operating procedures and management information systems to capture and communicate project information.

• Help build an effective production team - develop and work with employees to build and support team environment.
• Ensure that customers are completely satisfied through effective communication, relationship building, and regular site visits.

* Ensure a safe working environment for employees, customers, and the public.
