Landscape & Garden Maintenance Technicians help keep our clients’ landscapes healthy, beautiful, and functioning ecologically throughout the year. You’ll work alongside a small crew caring for established landscapes and helping implement seasonal improvements. You will also work closely with a crew lead and project manager, and occasionally interact with clients on site. *If you can explain why it's best for the garden to leave the leaves as mulch, why flower stalks should be left in the garden through the winter, and would enjoy discussing such things with people about their gardens, we want you on our team!*

Typical work includes

* Lawn care and garden maintenance. * Plant care and pruning. * Weeding and invasive plant removal. * Soil improvement and mulching. * Seasonal planting. * Basic irrigation checks and adjustments. * Supporting habitat-friendly landscape management practices.

The right person for this role
