Position Overview

The Maintenance Sales & Account Manager manages the full lifecycle of maintenance clients from initial consultation and sales to long-term account management and relationship building. This role combines:* Landscape service sales * Client relationship management * Account oversight and profitability analysis * Coordination with field crews

This position is part office, part field-based. The manager will regularly visit job sites, meet with clients, and work closely with the maintenance team to ensure quality work and strong customer relationships. Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Management:* Respond to incoming maintenance service leads * Conduct consultations with prospective clients * Prepare and send estimates and proposals * Follow up with leads to close sales * Track sales activity and maintain organized records

Client & Account Management

* Serve as the primary contact for maintenance clients * Build long-term client relationships * Address client questions or service requests * Document property details and client preferences * Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients
