### What Youll Do:

* Perform a variety of landscape and grounds maintenance tasks, including:

+ Planting, mulching, sod installation, and pruning + Mowing, trimming, weeding, and blowing + Site preparation, grading, and cleanup * Safely load and unload materials, tools, and equipment * Assist crew leaders and follow project plans to ensure quality work * Participate in snow removal operations during the winter (shoveling, salting, plowing assistance) * Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times

### What Were Looking For:

• Reliable and punctual team player
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical labor
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Previous landscape, construction, or labor experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and use hand tools/equipment safely
