Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, installing, and repairing both residential and commercial irrigation systems while providing top-notch customer service. Youll also assist with snow and ice management as needed. Our company will support your professional growth and help you obtain certifications to advance your career.

This is a non-exempt, at-will employee position under Minnesota Law. Non-exempt employees are eligible to receive overtime pay.

What Youll Do

Irrigation System Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair commercial and residential irrigation systems.

Customer Support: Assist clients with irrigation system requests or concerns, ensuring high-quality service.

Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain assigned service line equipment, including trucks and trailers.

Team Contribution: Participate in team meetings and provide input on service line equipment and operations.

Facility Maintenance: Assist with organizing, cleaning, and maintaining company facilities.
