Reports to: Production Manager Irrigation

Position Overview Are you motivated, organized, and passionate about irrigation? Were looking for a dedicated Irrigation Technician to become an essential part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, installing, and repairing commercial irrigation systems while providing top-notch customer service. Youll assist with snow and ice management as needed, and the company will support your growth and certification efforts to help you achieve your career goals.

This is a non-exempt, at-will employee position under Minnesota Law. Non-exempt employees are eligible to receive overtime.

What Youll Do: Irrigation System Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair commercial irrigation systems. Customer Support: Assist clients with irrigation system requests or concerns, ensuring high-quality service. Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain assigned service line equipment, including trucks and trailers. Team Contribution: Participate in team meetings and provide input on service line equipment and operations. Facility Maintenance: Assist with organizing, cleaning, and maintaining company facilities.
