In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, installing, and repairing both residential and commercial irrigation systems while providing top-notch customer service. This is a non-exempt, at-will employee position under Minnesota Law. Non-exempt employees are eligible to receive overtime pay.

What You’ll Do

Irrigation System Maintenance

Install, maintain, and repair commercial and residential irrigation systems.

Customer Support

Assist clients with irrigation system requests or concerns, ensuring high-quality service.

Equipment Operation

Operate and maintain assigned service line equipment, including trucks and trailers.

Team Contribution

Participate in team meetings and provide input on service line equipment and operations.

Facility Maintenance

Assist with organizing, cleaning, and maintaining company facilities.

Job Requirements

✔️ Valid Driver’s License – Ability to maintain a clean driving record.

✔️ Experience using compressors and winterizing irrigation systems.

✔️ Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and fix irrigation issues.
