Turfit is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in North Las Vegas.

This is more than a typical retail sales position. Our sales team builds long-term relationships with contractors, landscapers, builders, and homeowners by helping them select the right products for their projects while providing exceptional customer service from start to finish.

You'll manage customer relationships, prepare estimates, process orders, follow up on opportunities, and help grow both new and existing accounts. If you're competitive, organized, and enjoy building lasting customer relationships while earning performance-based commission, we'd love to meet you.

Compensation

• Starting at $17.00/hour (higher based on experience)
• Monthly commission
• Overtime after 40 hours
• Uncapped earning potential

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, landscapers, builders, and homeowners
• Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and customer referrals
• Prepare estimates and process customer orders
• Follow up on quotes and sales opportunities
• Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing support
• Coordinate deliveries and customer pickups
• Work closely with warehouse and operations to ensure excellent customer service
• Develop product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions for customer projects
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that creates repeat business

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with excellent follow-up and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency
