Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nursery/Landscape Inside Sales Representative located in Medford, NJ. The position involves interaction with clients to offer solutions and products, maintaining strong customer relationships, generating leads, and assisting with customer inquiries. Also performing daily dock checks to monitor inventory levels and product availability. Assist with scheduling customer pickups and coordinating logistics. Prepare and distribute weekly photos of plant material to sales representatives and customers. The representative will manage accounts, follow up on potential opportunities, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in alignment with the company's commitment to service excellence.
