Requirements: * A minimum of 3 years experience working with paver patios and retaining walls. * Experience and knowledge in all areas of landscaping - hardscaping, softscaping and artificial turf installation. * The ability to read and interpret blueprints and designs. * The ability to lead crew members and work well with others. * Experience in operating equipment/machinery. * The ability to direct other crew members to see jobs through to completion in a timely manner. * A background in construction (preferred).
