Hardscape/Landscape Crew Member

Seeking an individual with 3+ years in the landscape & hardscape industry. Candidates will have full time work (some weekends) as part of our crew on high end residential and commercial landscaping/hardscaping jobs including but not limited to:

Patios & walkways Outdoor kitchens

Retention walls Pools Full landscape remodels Landscape maintenance Weekly lawn maintenance routes Assembling pergolas, saunas, outdoor kitchens & bars from our supplier as needed.

This is NOT an entry level position. Candidates MUST have a working knowledge of hardscaping installations and have been involved in their construction prior. A knowledge evaluation and a paid one week working evaluation is part of the hiring process. Pay is determined based on skills presented during the trial. Candidates must be self-starters, show initiative, and ability to follow instruction.

Experience operating subcompact tractor, excavator, and skid steer is a plus but not required.

We have a strict attendance policy. No call no shows will not be given a second chance. No drugs or alcohol on jobsites. Clean driving record is a must.

2 references are required either from past employment or past customers if previously self employed.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
