Hardscape / Landscape Construction Laborer (Pools, Patios & Retaining Walls)

We're looking for dependable people who aren't afraid of physical work.

What you'll be doing:

• Shoveling dirt, gravel and stone
• Building retaining walls
• Assisting with fiberglass pool installations
• Working outdoors in North Carolina heat

This is a physically demanding construction job. You'll be on your feet all day lifting, digging, grading and working as part of a crew.

What we're looking for:

• Dependable - if you say you'll be here, you're here on time.
• Able to perform heavy physical labor every day.
• Comfortable working outside in hot and cold weather.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

What won't be a good fit:

• Looking for an easy job.
• Can't lift heavy items repeatedly.
• Frequently late or miss work.
• Don't like getting dirty.
• Want to stand around waiting for someone else to do the work.
