In this role, you will

• Assist in the installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, fire pits, and other hardscape features.
• Help with excavation, grading, and base preparation to support a strong, lasting finished product.
• Load, unload, and transport materials such as pavers, stone, gravel, and soil on site.
• Assist with laying pavers, setting stone, and building retaining walls under the Foreman's direction, ensuring precision and functionality.
• Operate hand tools and small equipment as directed, including compactors and saws.
• Collaborate closely with the Foreman and Project Manager to ensure each installation meets the company's standards of excellence.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site and assist with loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and clients to ensure clear expectations and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work safely in outdoor environments year-round.
