Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Landscaping Foremen to help lead our outdoor projects with enthusiasm and expertise. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations on landscaping sites, coordinate crew activities, and ensure the successful completion of construction projects. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold safety standards, and deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise landscaping crews during installation, maintenance, and hardscape projects to ensure quality workmanship and efficiency
• Coordinate daily tasks related to the job
• Identify plants accurately and provide guidance for sustainable landscape practices
• Operate company vehicles and landscaping equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols and laws
• Manage crew, assign tasks effectively, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines

Skills

• Proven experience in landscaping, hardscape installation, and grounds management
• Strong supervising and team management skills with the ability to motivate others
• Some knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, and irrigation systems
• Construction experience with a focus on outdoor projects.
• Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment.
• Excellent leadership qualities with a focus on safety, organization, and communication
• Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions with a keen eye for detail
