Hardscape Laborer

Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated crew member for our hardscape team. In this role you will be a part of a team responsible for installing paver patios, paver walkways, paver driveways, fire pits, and paver pool decks.

Duties

• Assist in the installation of hardscape elements including pavers, bricks, and stone materials with precision and attention to detail.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely to cut, shape, and set materials according to project specifications.
• Prepare work sites by clearing debris and ensuring proper leveling and grading
• Install driveways, patios, fire pits, pool decks, etc. to the company’s standards.
• Install small retaining walls.
• Clean and seal pavers.
• Maintain clean and safe jobsites.
• Ensure proper maintenance and care of equipment and tools.

Skills

• Must understand and speak some English.
• Experience with paver installation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to operate equipment safely, including hand and power tools
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
• Punctuality
• Ability to lift and/or move 50+ pounds regularly
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members
