Hardscape Installer / Landscape Construction Team Member

Genoa Landscape Construction is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Hardscape Installer / Landscape Construction Team Member to join our team.

We specialize in high-end outdoor construction, including natural stone, patios, walkways, steps, walls, veneer, drainage, lighting, grading, and complete outdoor living spaces. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works well with a team, and wants to grow with a company that is building something long-term.

Pay

$27–$33 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

- Assist with installation of patios, walkways, steps, walls, stone veneer, edging, drainage, lighting, and other outdoor construction features.

- Prepare job sites through excavation, grading, base installation, compaction, forming, and layout.

- Install natural stone, pavers, granite, block, veneer, and related hardscape materials.

- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, compactors, saws, mixers, and other job-site equipment.

- Help maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.

- Follow direction from the owner, foreman, or project lead to complete work efficiently and correctly.

- Take pride in detail, alignment, finish work, and overall craftsmanship.

- Represent Genoa Landscape Construction professionally on client properties.

Qualifications

- Experience in hardscape, masonry, landscape construction, excavation, or general construction preferred.

- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in different weather conditions.

- Comfortable using basic construction tools and equipment.

- Experience with patios, walls, steps, veneer, drainage, grading, concrete, or stonework is a plus.

- Must be reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.

- Must have a strong attention to detail and respect for high-end residential properties....
