This position requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and operational expertise to ensure efficient, profitable, and high-quality services across the company’s projects. The VP of Operations will be responsible for driving process improvements, managing resources, and ensuring that company standards and client expectations are consistently met.

This candidate must have the follow requirements

• Valid NYS Drivers License
• 5+ years experience managing hardscape and landscape crews
• Must work year round and be available to commute to jobsites or shop in Macedon NY
