Hardscape Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Hardscape Foreman to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in hardscape installation, enjoy leading a crew, and take pride in delivering high-quality work, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a hardscape installation crew.
• Read and execute project plans and layouts.
• Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and other hardscape features.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Manage job site organization, materials, equipment, and daily workflow.
• Communicate with customers and management throughout each project.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hardscape experience required.
• Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to operate landscaping and construction equipment.
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license is preferred.
• Reliable transportation.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM start time
• Full-time position
