Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile hardscape/construction crew leader to join our team! Versatility is the key in this position. Our company offers a wide variety of services and we are looking for a hands on, go to leader that can grow along side our company. This will include leading projects such as walkways, patios, walls, light deck/carpentry work, as well as skid steer/mini excavator work, landscaping services, etc.

Responsibilities

* Ensure all employees follow safety regulations and company procedures * Guide team members on projects * Deliver feedback to management at the end of each day * Develop and implement strategies for optimizing efficiency and performance * Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of all equipment and tools * Hands on leadership and coaching of staff * Communication with homeowner to guide through project and ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

* Previous experience as a crew leader or similar position is preferred * Snow plowing experience * Must have a Mass DOT (or willing to obtain one) * Hydraulic/Hoisting license is a plus! * Ability to guide and coach staff on the job * Strong verbal and communication skills * Strong leadership and crisis management skills * Knowledge of all relevant safety regulations * Experience with all phases of hardscape * Some construction experience
