Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
• Read and interpret project plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and meets company quality standards
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment required for hardscape installation
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely project completion
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project

Qualifications

• Experience in hardscape installation or related construction work
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to read and interpret project plans
• Physical ability to perform outdoor manual labor in various weather conditions
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Offered compensation: $24/hr - $30/hr
