Position Overview

Lilac Landscaping is seeking an experienced Hardscape Crew Lead to oversee and actively participate in the installation of hardscape projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, can lead a crew effectively, and wants to grow with a company that values its employees.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hardscape installation experience
• Proven experience installing:
• Concrete paver patios and walkways
• Retaining walls
• Steps and landings
• Outdoor living features
• Drainage systems
• Previous crew leadership experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow project plans and layouts
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage hardscape installation crews
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Train and develop crew members
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities and production goals
• Communicate project progress with management
• Operate equipment and tools as needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday
• 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Three-day weekends most weeks
• Schedule may vary due to weather conditions

Pay & Benefits
