Groundskeeper

Responsibilities: * Assures that Hospital grounds are clear of trash and other debris. * Assures that Hospital grounds are clear of animals, animal nests and other animal residue. * Operates and maintains Automatic Lawn Sprinkler system. * Verifies operation of the Program Controllers. * Performs groundskeeping duties in areas not covered under Landscaping Contract. * Operates and maintains Lawn Care tools and equipment. * Verifies that equipment and tools are in proper operational condition. * Removes snow and ice from sidewalks and parking lots during winter season.

Qualifications: Education* High school education or equivalent. * Prefer Vocational Education in Grounds Maintenance

Experience

* Prefer two years experience in grounds maintenance for facility with 10+ acres.

Additional Requirements

* Must be at least 20 years old in order to operate vehicles for insurance purposes
