What You'll Do

· Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, and common areas.

· Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize throughout the facility.

· Empty trash and recycling containers.

· Restock restroom and kitchen supplies.

· Clean windows, doors, and other glass surfaces.

· Maintain the appearance of the showroom and customer areas.

· Keep sidewalks, entrances, parking lots, and outdoor areas clean and free of debris.

· Mow, weed-eat, edge, trim shrubs, and perform seasonal landscaping as needed.

· Assist with snow and ice removal when necessary.

· Operate lawn care equipment and basic maintenance tools safely.

· Perform minor building maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, painting touch-ups, and simple repairs.

· Help with facility setup or cleanup for company events.

· Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

· Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
