What you’ll do

• Keep grounds looking sharp with mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal upkeep
• Maintain cleanliness of all exterior areas, including walkways, breezeways, common areas, and trash enclosures
• Identify and address cleanliness and safety issues promptly to ensure a well-kept and welcoming environment
• Support property curb appeal through proactive care and improvement

What you bring

• 1+ year of groundskeeping or landscaping experience
• Experience operating landscaping equipment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
• Weekend and on-call availability required
• CPO certification preferred
