Groundskeeper/Maintenance Worker

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Grounds/ Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and be adept at troubleshooting and repairing various systems. They must be able to maintain the properties aesthetics, daily trash pick up to maintain curb appeal. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining the functionality and safety of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently. Maintain grass, shrubbery, cuts lawn using a zero turn mower.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility equipment.
• Fabricate components as needed to support maintenance tasks and ensure operational efficiency.
• Mows property using a zero turn mower.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and recommend preventive measures.
• Assist in residential painting projects as needed to maintain the aesthetic quality of the facilities.
