Groundskeeper/Maintenance

Part-Time Grounds Person for Apartment Complex- this is not a seasonal job, it is a year-round position

Pay Rate $17.00 per hour

32 Hours per week, Monday thru Friday

Job description

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Weeding, Cleanup of branches and leaves
• Shoveling/Salting in the winter months
• Small amount of furniture and appliance moving as necessary
• Clean areas around Dumpsters and in Basements
• Pulling/removing old carpets and sweeping after
• Understand MSDS sheets and safe work practices
• Comply with OSHA, EPA, and DEC requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required

• Must have prior general grounds experience and basic mechanical aptitude.
• Must be reliable, dedicated, and trustworthy.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• A Valid driver's license and dependable transportation is required.
