Maintenance Position Openings

For 2 apartment complexes in Warsaw & 1 in Silver Springs, NY. Positions are part-time at 10-15 hrs/week plus some “on-call” duties as required. Requirements: basic aptitude of building repairs including electrical & plumbing; physical ability to perform lawn care & snow removal; and proven ability to work independently. Basic boiler system knowledge a plus. Prior experience with Fair Housing, ADA regulations and/or government regulated properties a plus. Reliable transportation & working phone necessary. Pay range $18-$20/hr (more possible with relative experience). EOE.
