Groundskeeper

Hitman Real Estate operates nine different properties, including commercial and single-family rentals. While most work will be limited to 1-2 locations, the ability to travel to all is ideal. Candidates should have a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills. Along with the ability to work independently.

The responsibilities for this job include performing general groundskeeping duties such as but not limited to: mowing, trash removal, equipment repairs, as well as maintaining facilities cleanliness and removing weeds, leaves, and debris from outdoor areas. The job also involves operating hand tools and power tools to complete landscaping tasks, as well as hanging and adjusting windscreens and banners. It is essential to monitor outdoor areas for signs of damage or deterioration and report any issues to the supervisor. Collaboration with other team members is necessary to ensure efficient completion of tasks. Additionally, we expect the candidate to maintain the cleanliness of the whole facility and keep it free from obstructions that stop or inhibit use.

*Work Term*

As an outdoor facility, this position is very involved and consistent for 8-months (March 1st - October 31st) of the year. Although the facility's needs do not end through the winter season the hours will be available an "on-call" basis.

- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in groundskeeping

- Ability to complete work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately

- Physical stamina to perform labor in various weather conditions

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to lift 50 pounds

- Communication: Speaks English fluently and relays completion or issues quickly
