Groundskeeper / Facility Maintenance

- Facility and Property maintenance of buildings and grounds including sweeping, trash and debris removal, light building maintenance, painting, snow removal, hedge trimming, window cleaning, etc. to ensure first class condition.

- Report maintenance concerns to Property Management.

- Order supplies.

- Valid NYS driver's license and insurance with access to reliable transportation used during the work day, a truck helpful but not required.

- Experience with tools.

Part-time weekdays - hours and days vary

Pay is $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
