Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning using hand tools and power tools to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces
• Execute irrigation system inspections, repairs, and adjustments to maintain optimal watering schedules and conserve water resources
• Apply horticultural principles to plant care, including fertilization, mulching, pest control, and seasonal planting
• Maintain lawns and gardens through precise lawn care techniques such as aeration, overseeding, and weed control
• Assist with landscaping projects by installing new plants, shrubs, trees, and other landscape features according to project specifications
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
• Support general gardening activities such as soil preparation, planting, watering, and debris removal to promote healthy growth

Experience

• Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is valued
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and landscape maintenance equipment is advantageous
• Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in landscaping tasks is beneficial
