*Job Title* GROUNDSKEEPER (full-time hourly)

*Reports To* HEAD GROUNDSKEEPER

*Description*

The Groundskeeper position is a full-time, hourly position requiring a flexible schedule including occasional evening and weekend work. As with all positions at Carrollwood Farms, the Groundskeeper may be called upon to work in areas outside of the immediate area of responsibility.

*Responsibilities*

You'll play a key role in shaping and maintaining the beauty and functionality of our farm. You'll be responsible for maintaining existing features like yards, beds, road edges, and trails, along with assisting in installing new work. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weeding, mulching, and snow management * operate and maintain a variety of landscaping equipment, including hand tools (loppers, saws, shovels) and power equipment, including lawn mowers, skid steers, gators, and small tractors, to supportgrounds maintenance and landscaping tasks. * keep the grounds free of trash, debris, and litter. * assist with clean-up, including leaf removal and debris clearing. *Qualifications*

• 4+ years of experience in planting, mowing, and general outdoor maintenance.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in using landscaping tools safely.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
