Groundskeeper

Requirements

• Previous work experience as a Groundskeeper, Janitor or Custodian.
• Good physical condition, stamina and strength.
• Solid verbal communication skills to interact with cleaning staff, technicians and customers.
• A high school diploma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Remove debris from all areas of the property.
• Maintain common areas and keep them neat, clean and free from litter.
• Assist with make-ready duties.
• Assist with various physical tasks such as moving heavy items.
• Help with landscaping needs.

· Carries out work order assignments from the Community Manager.

· Assists other maintenance personnel as needed.
