Shift available: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

National Management Resources has provided facilities management services for over 40 years. We work in educational settings, including K-12 facilities, boarding schools, colleges, and universities all over the country. Competitive wages.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for working outside and a commitment to the environment. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining the grounds at the facility by performing general grounds maintenance and landscaping activities.

Groundskeeper Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, and edge lawns, including sports fields.
• Use blower to clean landscaped and parking lot areas.
• Remove snow with shovels, blowers, and plows.
• Keep grounds clean and free of trash and debris.
• Prune, plant, weed, and fertilize trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns.
• Maintain grounds equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Groundskeeper Qualifications

• Have a valid driver's license
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Work from ladders
• Climb stairs
• Stand or walk for long periods of time.
• Stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
• Work in an outdoor environment, with exposure to inclement weather and varying temperatures.

Groundskeeper Requirements

* minimum 2 years experience

Passing a Drug Screening and Background Check is required for employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
