JOB SUMMARY

The Groundkeeper maintains all greenery and landscaping throughout the property including all maintenance of planters and water systems. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY -----------------------------------------

• Maintain health, vitality and appearance of all shrubs, trees, and ornamental plants.
• Maintain and repair all sprinklers and waterlines associated with above areas.
• Groom all flower beds and exposed soil on a daily basis.
• Assist laborers, when needed, with large jobs.
• Must meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Active LA Driver’s License
• Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team player.
• Must possess excellent customer service skill.
• Must be able to work any day, any shift.
• Must have at least two years previous experience in landscaping or gardening with appropriate certification.
