JOB SUMMARY

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining all grounds outside, in garages, and entrances. This role will aid in trash clean up, street sweeping, window washing and other duties to ensure property is clean and welcoming. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY -----------------------------------------

• Pick up all debris on exterior of property
• Maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the parking garage
• Ensures all outside grounds of property are maintained
• Clean elevators by wiping down walls, cleaning tracks and replacing light bulbs
• Clean Trash out of moat and maintain proper chemicals
• In the winter months, maintain entrances with ice melt products and scrape the parking lot when necessary
• Additional duties as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Ability to physically maneuver throughout the resort and in assigned work area(s) to meet job function requirements as described.
• Lift, carry, push, or drag items of up to 70 lbs. (supplies, equipment, trash & receptacles)
