What you will get to do

* Assist in maintaining the structural integrity of buildings and facilities by identifying, reporting, and assisting with repairs, maintenance projects, and assigned work orders.

* Maintain a clean, safe, and professional appearance throughout all outdoor campus areas and facilities.

* Assist with facility renovations, additions, office relocations, and space modifications as needed.

* Perform routine groundskeeping duties, including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, pressure washing, and general landscape maintenance.

* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

* Conduct routine inspections of vehicles, grounds, fencing, and landscaping equipment to identify maintenance needs and potential safety concerns.

* Maintain flower beds, lawns, memorial gardens, sidewalks, and landscaped areas by removing weeds and preventing overgrowth.
