Job Description

We are currently looking for a Groundskeeper for one of our Baton Rouge properties.

Job Duties will include

  • Cleans and prepares apartments after move outs for new rental
  • Works with maintenance team to report any issues requiring attention
  • Keeps an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Daily cleaning and trash pick up on the property and common areas which include, work out areas, laundry facilities, leasing office, club house, pool, and public restrooms
  • Ensures cleanliness in work areas before, after and upon completion
  • Assists office staff with any postings of notices to be put on resident doors
  • Reports to supervisor regarding work status
  • Monitors grounds , buildings, and work areas for cleanliness, safety, and repairs that need to be addressed
  • Follows company policies and procedures for all applicable federal and state laws
  • Promotes quality living experience for all current and future tenants expressed through excellent customer service skills
  • Participates in company provided training such as fair housing, safety, non discrimination, and harassment prevention.
  • May be requested from supervisors to perform other tasks from time to time
