Responsible for maintaining buildings operated by PMI Entertainment Group. Responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, in addition to performing grounds maintenance. All work is to be done while following HAZMAT, EPA and OSHA safety rules and regulations.Job Functions:* Demonstrates and embodies the PMI Entertainment Group Culture and Customer Service values. * Performs minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary. * Implement preventative maintenance measures. * Maintains inventory of repair equipment and supplies. * Responds quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate parties, and follow safety protocol. * Works with outside vendors for specialized construction or maintenance tasks. * Responsible for following, observing, and participating in all company related safety programs, procedures, and training as well as reporting potentially unsafe procedures. * Ensures all systems are following OSHA regulations, building and Fire and Safety Inspector approved codes. * Maintains appropriate maintenance and inspection records. * Follows all company directed guidelines on energy conservation and practices conserving energy with all business practices at PMI. * Communicates maintenance and other problem areas to the Sr. Director of Facilities & Operations. * Performs building security functions. * Documents all safety and security issues and reports them to supervisor. * Maintains knowledge of current trends and new developments in the industry by reading appropriate literature and attending related seminars. * Performs necessary tasks to maintain and upkeep the facility and existing equipment. * Snow removal as directed by the Facilities department...
