General Manager – Landscape Operations

Compensation

$52,000 - $65,000+ annually depending on experience, qualifications, and performance.

Performance bonuses and advancement opportunities available for exceptional leaders.

Position Overview

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our South Tampa location. This includes team leadership, recruiting, training, quality control, customer satisfaction, equipment management, inventory control, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

You will serve as the leader of the branch, ensuring our team delivers exceptional service while developing people, improving systems, and driving continued growth.

This is a leadership position requiring strong management, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, embraces accountability, and wants to help build a great company.
