General Laborer - Excavation, Landscape, Fence & Tree Work

$21-$27/hr DOE - paid weekly, OT after 40, 40+ hrs guaranteed in season, learn to run equipment.

Syd's Construction (CCB #231762, est. 2015) runs excavation and site-work crews across the Portland metro, plus landscaping, fence, and tree-clearing work. We're hiring hands who show up every day and want to move up: our guys go laborer to skilled hand to operator to foreman, and the pay ladder is written down.

What you'll do: excavation support (trenches, grade, pipe), fence builds, landscape work, tree and brush clearing, flagging (we get you carded), loading and hauling. Whatever the week needs - you learn a wide skill set fast.

Week one: boots voucher, PPE issued, buddy assigned by name, flagger card scheduled.

You need: a reliable way to the Lake Oswego yard by 6:30 AM, the ability to work hard outside in Oregon weather, and to pass a drug screen. Chainsaw, fence, or landscape experience gets you the top of the range. No resume required.
