REPORTS TO

Maintenance Supervisor & Transportation Director or DesigneeQUALIFICATIONS:+ High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred + Must possess a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record + Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, irrigation, custodial work, or general maintenance preferred + Ability to safely operate lawn care equipment, tractors, snow removal equipment, hand tools, and power tools + Knowledge of irrigation systems, turf care, fertilization, pruning, and seasonal grounds maintenance preferred + Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a team + Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions year-round + Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a high standard of campus appearance + Ability to lift 40 lbs. regularly and 80 lbs. occasionally + Dependable with strong work ethic, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills + Must possess any other qualifications the Board, Superintendent, Maintenance Supervisor, or Transportation & Maintenance Director deem necessary or advisable
