Foreman, Landscape Hardscape

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Hardscape Foreman to lead our installation crews in delivering high-quality hardscape projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardscape construction, excellent leadership skills, and a dedication to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a crew in the installation of hardscape projects including patios, retaining walls, walkways, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and other landscape features.
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as skid steers, compactors, saws, and laser levels.
• Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and crew members.
• Maintain a safe job site and enforce company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in hardscape design
• Hands-on experience in construction methods related to patios, retaining walls, walkways or similar structures
• Familiarity with equipment operation relevant to landscape hardscape installation
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors
• Valid driver’s license; relevant certifications in landscaping or construction are a plus

Pay: $31.00 - $36.00 per hour
