Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fine Gardener, Horticulturist, or Landscape Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role involves maintaining and enhancing outdoor landscapes, gardens, and green spaces through expert horticultural practices. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening, landscaping, and sustainable land management, contributing to the aesthetic appeal and health of our outdoor environments. Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance garden beds and landscape features through planting, pruning, fertilizing, and watering
• Apply horticultural knowledge to care for plant health issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning, mulching, and seasonal clean-up.

Requirements

• Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, landscape maintenance, or related fields such as farming or agriculture.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems is helpful but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with gardening tools and their proper use.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong understanding or willingness to learn of plant growth habits and horticultural best practices.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy materials for extended periods
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
