FIELD LEAD INSTALLER — Landscape Lighting

X Outdoor Lighting designs and installs high-end landscape lighting systems across San Diego County. We're a small, growing company that takes the craft seriously — proper feeder runs, clean voltage calculations, fixtures that are spec'd right and installed right.

What we're looking for

We're building out our field team and need a senior installer who can run jobs independently from start to finish. Not someone who needs to be walked through every decision — someone who walks onto a job site, reads what needs to happen, and makes it happen.

You'll be the person in the field when the owner isn't. That means leading installs, managing job quality, communicating with clients when needed, and helping bring a junior tech up to speed the right way.

You're a fit if you

• Have hands-on landscape lighting installation experience (low voltage, 12V systems)
• Understand transformer load capacity, voltage drop, and feeder run logic
• Can read a job site and make good decisions without being managed
• Take pride in how a job looks when it's done — not just that it works
• Have reliable transportation and your own tools
