Groundskeeper/Custodian

We are looking for an individual to join our property management team as a Groundskeeper working 30 hours a week.

NECESSARY OPERATIONS AND FINANCIALS

Maintain a trash-free property

Follow cleaning schedule for common areas, laundry rooms, and buildings

Assist in clean-up of vacant units

Maintain and clean dumpsters and surrounding areas ensuring a clean and tidy appearance at all times

Clean and sweep parking lot areas, walkways , entryways, hallways and common areas

Wash down courtyards and other cement areas

Keep grounds and building neat and free of litter and cobwebs

Check and replace exterior lighting as needed

Assist maintenance in keeping storage areas and workshop secured, locked and cleaned

Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements for all positions

Valid Driver's License

Reliable transportation

Proof of Vehicle Insurance

Background checks including criminal, DMV and credit will be run on qualified candidates. We will also verify past employment.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
