Field Arborist

We are seeking an entry-to-mid-level Field Arborist who is driven and eager to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will support arboricultural assessments, tree preservation planning, and field documentation across a variety of land development projects. You will work closely with our Senior Arborist and project teams, applying your knowledge of tree biology, urban forestry, and local regulatory requirements to deliver quality results on behalf of our clients.

This position is based at our Tysons, Virginia office with regular fieldwork at project sites throughout the region.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS or MS in Forestry, Horticulture, Environmental Science or related field
• 0-4 years’ experience with a focus in land development
• Working knowledge of GIS/CAD applications and tree assessment software
